Lakeview Highlands is a small community located on the southwest side of Mercer Island just west of Pioneer Park and Island Crest Park. This neighborhood was home to Paul Allen’s estate just south of Groveland Park. There are two white pillars marking the entrance to the neighborhood and there are approximately 100 homes in a circular loop with multiple lanes extending off of the main loop.

Due to its central location, all assigned schools are less than 2 miles from Lakeview Highlands.
The QFC, Mercer Island saddle club, and the Mercer Island country club are located just a couple of minutes southeast by Pioneer Park. This is the closest grocery store, Starbucks, right aid, and a few other modern amenities and shops. Interstate 90 is about 5 to 10 minutes north along Island Crest Way or W. Mercer Way.
